Tell me more

We build where you want. We are not limited to building in a limited number of developments or neighborhoods, but can build on property throughout New York. Our primary market we serve is a 50 mile radius from Syracuse, but will travel further, so just ask. We have satisfied customers from Alexandria Bay to Binghamton and Plattsburgh to Albany.

What we build

We build a variety of home styles and are not limited to a handful of plans as a typical development based site builder is. We have hundreds of plans to choose from of you can design your own custom plan. Possible designs include: Ranch, Raised Ranch, Cape Cod, Cape Chalet, 2 Story Colonial and Split level to name a few.

How we build

We represent 6 different factories which collectively can produce 19 single story ranch homes PER DAY. This tremendous capacity means exceptional quality control, lower cost through efficiencies in production and buying power. Each factory takes a customer’s plan from the rough draft phase through to final stamped drawings. Homes are built in the respective manufacturers state of the art facilities in sections that are then transported over the road and assembled on the customers building site. This process allows the use of highly skilled and specialized craftsman. Additionally, tools and jigs can be used to build homes which are stronger, straighter and tighter than can be achieved with a typical site built home. Even indoor cranes are used to build longer wall sections making a more rigid structure.
